- Building 4ir Impact Startups globally, from ideation to the exit, is one of the our primary funtions
- Most of the Impact the Startups that we build are either For-Profit Companies ( UK registered LTD by Shares or Delaware registered c-Corp) or Çommunity Interest Companies (UK registered CIC)
- Though we build Impact Starups remotely, in different countries with local teams, presently the parent company is either registered in the UK or in Delaware (USA) for legal & financial reasons.
- Our UK registered LTD by shares startups are available for early stage investments under Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS)
- Our UK registered Community Interest Company (CIC by shares) are available for early stage investments under Social Investment Tax Relief (SITR) Scheme
